President`s   Message – Renee Gray

I am pleased to announce that there   are some exciting changes going on at Champlain.  We would like the members of this community   to have their say in the activities that we will initiate at the centre.  Please complete the survey and plan to   attend our Public meeting on June 20th so you can help shape the future of   our centre.

Our AGM and Volunteer   Appreciation Night was held on April 20th with a full board elected.   One night each year we have a special   dinner and dance to honour our volunteers.    As we increase our activities at the centre, there will be even more opportunities for members of the community to get involved.

We are also holding a Soccer Jamboree and Family Fun Day on   June 22nd from 11 AM to 2   PM.  All members of the community are welcome to   take part.  There will be a bouncer and   games for the kids and the canteen will be open.  I look forward to seeing you all there.
